Deepcool, the leading manufacturer of a wide range of computer cooling products, announced its flagship twin-tower heatsink designed CPU cooler—FROSTWIN. This new cooler will be available in the world from April. And the MSRP is $ 39.99.

FROSTWIN as its name implies is a cooler with two separate heatsink sets. The high quality aluminum heatsink fins are stacked on 4 pieces of all copper U-shaped heatpipes. It also adopts Core Touch Technology to make all the heatpipes directly touch the processor, which enables the heatpipes draw the heat away from the CPU very fast.

FROSTWIN is equipped with two semi-black color fans to help dissipate the heat conducted to the heatsink fins. The first fan is installed on the front and fixed at 1600 RPM to ensure enough cool air through the heatsinks. The second fan is in the middle and runs, with PWM function, at between 900 and 1600 RPM according to CPU temperature.

Thanks to its low profile design, this cooler is only 151mm in height after mounting the fans and 714g in weight, which is tolerable for almost all ATX computer cases.

Last but not least, this cooler is also shipped with a compact tube of Deepcool’s Z9 thermal grease. It has all necessary mounting clips for both Intel and AMD, including back plate, metal brackets and clips. FROSTWIN supports all socket types, i.e., Intel Sandy Bridge-E (LGA2011) and LGA1366/1156/1155/775 and AMD FM1/AM3+/AM3/AM2+/AM2.
