"Time-lapse camera maker Brinno has received rush orders from a long-term client for infrared thermal imaging cameras, demand for which has drastically increased in the wake of the coronavirus outbreak.
But Brinno said it has been unable to completely meet the client's urgent demand, as the outbreak has disrupted its supply chain partners' production in China, which has in turn hindered its own production. It said it has asked its China-based suppliers to maximize supply of components.
Brinno has been working with Vernier Software & Technology, a US-based developer of educational tablets, to develop new products.
